How does one receive services?
There are multiple ways to access SUDI’s services. These include:
Drop-In
Drop-In is a weekly service open to the public on Tuesday’s from 4 PM - 8 PM. It is staffed by community health workers, and harm reduction specialists who offer a multitude of services. No appointment necessary.

Leave a confidential message on our support line, and we will return your call within 24 hours. Just call (781) 629-4158, and press 4 on the keypad. Please include your name, phone number or the best way to reach you. Also, please indicate if we should not leave a message upon returning your call.
Direct Services Coordinator
SUDI hired a part-time coordinator who’s responsible for overseeing all SUDI’s direct service work. If you’d like to schedule a meeting with Carrieann, she is available by appointment on Monday’s from 10 AM - 1 PM, and Wednesday’s from 12 PM - 2 PM. Please contact her directly at (781) 922-6069.
