Activities proposed to occur within or near the Rumney Marsh ACEC are required to have minimal impact on marine and aquatic productivity, surface and groundwater quality, habitat values, storm damage prevention or flood control, historic and archaeological resources, scenic and recreational resources, and other natural resources of the area.
