What is the Revere Beach Design Review Committee?

The Revere Beach Design Review Board is a body prescribed by Chapter 841 of the Acts of 1975. The RBDRB includes representatives of key state agencies, two independent architects appointed by the state, and two representatives of the Revere Mayor; and it is charged with the review of private development plans within a defined Revere Beach Project Area to assure that they are compatible with the public realm goals of the reservation. The RBDRB meets on an as-needed basis.
