What is Waterfront Square?

Waterfront Square is the $1 billion private mixed-use development clustered around the new transit facility, public plaza and Markey pedestrian bridge at Wonderland Station and stretching from there along Ocean Avenue to its intersection with Revere Street. The project includes nearly 1000 residential units, retail components and a hotel developed pursuant to a Master Development Agreement with Eurovest that includes the City of Revere and DCR in consultation and coordination with the MBTA.
