What is the Broadway Signage Improvement Program?

The Broadway and Shirley Ave Sign Program provides financial assistance to property/business owners to replace their existing sign with new signs that are consistent with the overall revitalization plan for the business districts. It is funded through the Community Development Block Grant Program from an entitlement grant received from the Department of Housing & Urban Development. The City will provide an outright grant up to $5,000.00 for property owner/business owner along Broadway and Shirley Ave; and all Broadway/Shirley Ave property owners and/or business owners are eligible to apply.
