My club votes in new officers every year. We also provide a membership listing every year, as the law requires. Does that cover us?

No! Whenever your officers change, you MUST file a New Officers/Directors with the License Commission and the ABCC. If you do not, the ABCC will suspend your license indefinitely should they find any violations in your club. If your officers remain the same, you do not need to file a New Officers/Directors.
