How can I get a copy of a police record?

You can contact the Police Records Department Monday through Thursday, 8:15am to 5pm, Friday 8:15am to 12:15pm, at 781-286-8330, or at 400 Revere Beach Parkway, Revere, MA 02151. To get a record, you must:
-Confirm a report was filed by an officer
-Know the incident report number and/or
-Know the Date, Time and Location of incident
-Have a valid photo i.d.
