The Health Department reserves the right to issue citations for trash that is put out improperly. Violations may include: Placing trash out at an improper time; Placing trash outside of barrels and without proper rodent-proof bags; overflowing trash barrels that may attract rodents; placing Bulk Items for pickup without purchasing the required stickers.
