The quarterly Real Estate and Personal Property taxes are due February 1st, May 1st, August 1st and November 1st. All payments of Real Estate taxes are required to be current by June 30th of the fiscal year or the delinquents are turned over to tax title in the Treasurer’s Office. A lien is placed on the deed at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds at that time.
