If you wish to submit a tenant complaint against your landlord for poor unit conditions, you can do so by submitting a 311 service request, under "Private Property Complaint" -> "Tenant Issue". You can also dial 781-286-8311 to submit your request. Be sure to provide accurate contact information, as the Housing Inspector will require your permission and availability to inspect the unit in question.
